UCSD Student of the Week: Alexis Magalong

The Junior High Department selected Alexis as Student of the Week (Nov 2-6, 2015) for the following reasons:

Alexis is an outstanding young student who is always working to the best of her abilities. She has a smile on her face every day and is always eager to learn and participate in whatever is taking place in school. UCSD Student of the Week: Sofia Go

The High School Department selected Sofia as Student of the Week (Oct 19-23, 2015) for the following reasons:

Sofia is doing such a good job in Economics and Office Procedures. Economics is not an easy course and she is understanding the concepts very well. Office Procedures deals with so many different skills necessary for success in the business world. She tackles every assignment to the best of her ability and is learning so much. After knowing Rex for only a short amount of time, it is immediately apparent that he is a dedicated and hardworking student. In the math classroom, Rex makes effort on a daily basis to understand and perfect the material. UCSD Student of the Week: Stephen Nguyen

The 5th/6th Department selected Stephen as Student of the Week (Oct 5-9) for the following reasons:

Stephen is a vibrant young individual, who displays a positive personality, in which others in the class feed off of. He has gained big steps this week by helping a new student in the class, who was in need. In PE class Stephen shows honesty, great effort, and trustworthy qualities. Stephen has also improved his sportsmanship dramatically and does a great job following other game rules. He is enjoyable to be around. KEEP ON ROCKING MR. STEPHEN! ~Mr. Clausius, PE Teacher
