The U.S. Coast Guard rescued a sick mariner Tuesday from a fishing vessel northwest of Unalaska.
Officials say the F/V Seattle Enterprise was fishing 140 miles away from the island when a 26-year-old woman aboard suffered from chest pressure.
The Coast Guard Cutter Sherman sent a helicopter crew to hoist the woman from the vessel and transport her to Unalaska for emergency medical care.
