Unalaska Community Broadcasting will hold our annual Candidates Forum in three episodes this year due to increased participation.
- Friday, September 23, 12- 1 PM School Board, Live on KUCB Radio
- Sunday, September 25, 7-9 PM City Council
- Monday, September 26, 7-9 PM Mayor
Council and Mayoral events will take place in Burma Road Chapel. Community members are invited to attend in person, or to tune in over KUCB Radio or Channel 8 TV. The public is welcome to submit questions for candidates by emailing them to news@kucb.org. You can also ask questions live during the event. For more information, give us a call at 581-1888. This is your chance to ask questions of candidates before the Municipal Election on October 4th. Watch for Candidate Bios, coming soon to KUCB.org
KUCB will also hold an informational panel on the Marijuana referendum on Friday, September 16 at noon. This will be a live program detailing what the referendum would mean for our community. We will also offer listeners the opportunity to call in and ask questions.
