Over $2.3 million dollars has been returned to the City of Unalaska, after a nearly two-month federal investigation of a fraudulent financial request; police responded to two overdose calls in Sand Point over the weekend; and homeless service providers are starting to understand the long-term effects from delayed and reduced public funds.
