As Alaska's daily new case numbers have remained in the single digits for weeks now, the state says Alaskans can begin to cautiously widen their social circle; the Alaska Legislature gathered in the Capitol in Juneau Monday to consider a plan to spend federal COVID-19 relief; and while many domestic violence and sexual assault organizations in the state have experienced an increase in hotline calls as people have had to remain at home amid the coronavirus pandemic, locally, they've gone down.
