The UCS Raiders volleyball team played the visiting Cordova Wolverines on Friday evening starting at 6pm. The energy was high amongst fans and players alike as the girls swept all three games.
Coach Amber Hanson was pleased with their performance.
“I am so proud of how the Raiders played this weekend! They were calm, composed and worked as a cohesive unit,” Hanson said.
“The girls brought their competitive spirits and fought hard for our first win. We are excited to see how much we can grow this season! A special thank you to everyone in the community who was able to come and cheer for us! We love and appreciate you all!! It’s good to be a Raider.”
