FOCUS: Ryan's Diverse Childhood

“Ryan's Diverse Childhood” is a story that describes the life of a ninth grade Filipino boy who was born and raised in California. His life in California wasn’t as easy as you should expect, as he had to move place to place living in different neighborhoods and ultimately landing in Unalaska where he lives in an apartment complex with his family. Growing up, he always enjoyed many different things including NYO, our main sport here, and following traditions and culture.

Focus is a short radio module of audio interviews and stories by UCS students. This plays on KUCB 89.7 FM on Thursdays at 11 am and 4 pm.
