In lieu of this year's city youth basketball league, the PCR will be holding a season-long skills competition in order to observe COVID-19 social distancing mandates; Alaska's daily COVID-19 case counts have been above 100 cases a day for the last six days, as of yesterday; and jury trials in Alaska are expected to resume in November.
