The Coast Guard is seeking help from the public in its investigation of a Dutch Harbor-based fishing vessel that was lost off the Alaska Peninsula along with five crew members; the pandemic-forced shift to more online education may fundamentally change the way students access the University of Alaska system; and a temporary moratorium on evictions—which is meant to keep tenants in their homes even if they can't currently pay their landlords—went into effect on September 4.
