KUCB's Annual Fundraiser

For every $25 you donate, you get one entry into a drawing for a round-trip plane ticket combo generously donated by Alaska Airlines and Aleutian Airways.

* Ticket Details: tickets were donated by Alaska Airlines and Aleutian Airways. The Aleutian Airways ticket is good for round-trip travel between Dutch Harbor and Anchorage using the lowest fare (subject to availability). Blackout dates apply, and the recipient will pay the price difference if the lowest fare is unavailable on the desired date. The Alaska Airlines ticket is valid on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines (North/Central America and Hawaii) with no blackout dates. Vouchers need to be ticketed prior to their expiration date printed on the voucher (one year from the date of the event). Vouchers are not transferable and are subject to the additional terms and conditions on the applicable Travel Authorization Form. Standard baggage fees apply. If lost, the travel certificates will not be reissued.
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or contribution necessary. There will be one drawing with one winner chosen. Entries may be made by donating to KUCB between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31, 2025, online or by phone. Mail donations must be received by Oct. 30.
To enter the drawing by mail without making a donation, include your full name, complete address with zip code, date of birth, and day/evening phone numbers with area code, and email address on a standard-size postcard and mail with the proper postage affixed: KUCB PO Box 181 Unalaska, AK 99685
KUCB monthly sustaining members are automatically entered into the drawing.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 21 years of age or older and in the United States can enter the KUCB End of Year Giveaway except employees of KUCB, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: The winner of the drawing will receive the following:
- 1 voucher for a round-trip ticket on Alaska Airlines.
- 1 voucher for a round-trip ticket between Anchorage and Dutch Harbor on Aleutian Airways.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One winning name and two backup names for the drawing will be selected by random drawing no later than Nov. 20, 2025. The winner will be sent a notification via telephone or email no later than Nov. 21, 2025. If any winner is unable to collect their prize or does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the unawarded prize will go to the first back-up and subsequent back-ups thereof until the prize is awarded. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants. The winners’ names will be kept on file at KUCB and will be available by calling the station at (907) 581-1888.
GENERAL: By participating in the Fall 2025 KUCB End of Year Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and that KUCB, its agents, and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the giveaway. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. KUCB may use the winner's names for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner may receive a 1099 with the above-stated value in accordance with applicable law.
RESTRICTIONS: Restrictions may apply. Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of KUCB with respect to the administration of the giveaway and the choice of winner.
