Clinic officials say Unalaska has been "very, very lucky" when it comes to COVID-19 testing supplies, especially as the state is seeing an uptick in cases, and communities across the country face supply shortages;  the state reported another COVID-19 death on Wednesday; and Alaska's Supreme Court is weighing the legality of a raw fish tax that's pumped at least $25 million into coastal communities over the past five years.
