Unalaska's top city employee is in the running for a job in the Lower 48; the National Transportation Safety Board released its probable cause report yesterday in the sinking of the Scandies Rose on New Year's Eve 2019 west of Kodiak; and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is continuing its work on Unalaska's Formerly Used Defense Sites.
