The Unalaska City Council voted to extend the city's local emergency declaration at last night's meeting; Ravn Alaska is offering an incentive program that customers can use to buy airline tickets, snacks or pay baggage fees; and Peter Pan Seafoods announced its base price for this summer's Bristol Bay sockeye.
