Three Unalaskans have submitted letters of interest for vacant City Council Seat D; Dr. Robbie Swint Jr. will serve as Unalaska City School District's new superintendent starting next month; the Alaska Division of Elections is holding a mock seafood primary as a chance to begin educating Alaskans about how they'll vote in 2022.
