For the first time in two years, the U.S. Army is conducting helicopter training exercises in the Aleutian Islands; Alaska is now first in the country in the number of coronavirus tests per resident; and the medal winners of the Ballyhoo Mountain Run, which wrapped up last Friday, have been announced.
