UCSD Student of the Week: Ashton Palma

UCSD

The 5th/6th Department selected Ashton Palma as Student of the Week  (Jan 4-8, 2016) for the following reasons:

Ashton is extremely successful in his own quiet way. His inconspicu-ous demeanor and restrained tones hide a very determined and precise 5th grader. His attention to detail, ability to follow directions and routines, and his high expectations of himself have all contribut-ed to his achievements this year. Aston works well on his own, or with others, always patiently waiting to provide his own intelligent insight to discussions and debates. His meticulously completed work, both in and out of the classroom, shows his firm grasp on all things 5th grade. I look forward to your morning smile and quiet questions each day Ashton. Keep up the great work!  ~Mr. Good, 5th Grade Teacher

Ashton has done great work in PE up to this point. He displays good attitude and tries his best in any environment. He displays a positive attitude in any setting. Ashton seems to also be responsible in the hall ways and with his peers. Well done Ashton, keep rolling on!  ~Mr. Clausius, PE/Health Teacher

Ashton is the son of Michael & Richel Palma.
